Step One: Fill Out Registration Form and Waiver (Only If New Student)

Fill out the registration form through Studio Director.

You will also need to print and sign the waiver prior to taking any of our classes. We have forms at the studio, or you can print, sign, and bring the waiver form with you to your first lesson. 

Step Two: Weekly Class Sign-up

Enrollment for classes 6/16 - 6/22/2025 is available through the following link: Class Sign-ups Google Form

Fill out the Google form indicating which class(es) you would like to enroll in. You can browse our class schedule and class description prior to signing up.

Step Three: Pay via Venmo, Zelle, Check, or exact cash at the studio

Payment can be done through online payments for classes:

Venmo: @theballetstudiosacramento

Zelle (through your bank search for recipient): ktforshort@yahoo.com

Alternatively, payment can be made in person at the studio by check or cash for the month with envelopes provided and deposited in the lockbox. No change is available.
