ANNOUNCING NEW CLASSES!! 

NEW BALLET BARRE/STRETCH CLASS  WEDNESDAYS 7:30-8:30 P.M.  Class is taught by Katie and includes 45 minutes of barre work and 15 minutes of stretch.  Bring your yoga mat or use the carpet squares we provide.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT for 3-6 year old children began Wednesday, January 28, 4:45-5:30pm. It's not too late to sign up!  PLEASE register or call us at 916-248-3269 if interested. $130 (payable before or at the first class) for the 8-week session ending Mar. 18, 2026.  Go to the Sign Up tab to register and see payment information.

New First Position series will start April 8, 2026. If interested, be sure to register (see the Sign Up tab). Classes are held Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:15.  First Position is a 10-week series of beginning adult ballet with 2 additional level IA classes. Please check out the class description under the Classes tab. We are available to answer any questions at 916-248-3269. After you register, you will be placed on our email list and receive an informative email every Sunday.
