Ballet is NOT only for children and teenagers. 

Join us at the only studio in the Sacramento region STRICTLY FOCUSED ON ADULT BALLET TRAINING. 

Free parking and conveniently located off of Hwy 50.

Classes held 7 days per week including most holidays.

We have dancers from the age of 18 to 85.  We make ballet welcoming, accessible and enjoyable to adults regardless of age, body type, and physical ability.

Dancers who begin training as adults bring a strength of character, discipline and determination to their classes. We believe that adult dancers deserve the same respect, care, attention to detail, corrections, and feedback as those training for a professional career. 

If you have been thinking about exploring ballet NOW IS THE TIME! We offer a series of classes for the beginning adult dancer and ongoing classes for levels I-IV. See the information below for our First Position series. 

If you danced as a child or teen and want to return after time off, NOW IS THE TIME! Our classes are taught by mature, caring, professional instructors and provide classical technique with a gentle touch of kindness and joy.  

If you are returning to Ballet and are not sure about the appropriate class, please call 916-248-3269 and we can suggest classes so that your return is a pleasant experience.

A multi-level class will be held on Thanksgiving Day November 26 at 11:00 a.m. 

If you are  available during the late morning hours, join us for a NEW CLASS Ballet IA/I Wednesdays from 11:00-12:15

The next session of First Position will begin Jan. 6, 2027. Register using the Sign Up tab. Classes are held Wednesdays from 6:00-7:15. First Position is a 10-week series of beginning adult ballet with 2 additional level IA classes. Find the class description under the Classes tab. We are available to answer any questions at 916-248-3269. After you register, you will be placed on our email list and receive an informative email every Sunday.
