We offer classes 7 days per week, even on holidays! Our curriculum covers beginning to advanced ballet for adults. We focus on classical technique in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere. We also offer Stretch and Strength classes for dancers and non-dancers.
Our ballet classes stress correct placement (body alignment) and classical ballet technique. Class level is determined by the instructor and is based on an individual assessment after your first class. All students receive corrections during class to help them advance and individual restrictions or injuries are always taken into account. Students advance to the next level based on the recommendation of the instructor.
All of our classes are ongoing, with the exception of First Position (beginning ballet) which is taught in a 10-week session with an additional 2 weeks of level 1A.
