No-Clipping, alternatively called "Phasing" or "Splicing", is a phenomenon within and connected to the Backrooms, best explained as falling through a surface as if it was never there at all. This commonly leads to new destinations, whether Level 0 from reality, or a level from another level. No-Clipping is usually performed near glitched objects or surfaces, which can be identified by their unique properties, such as feeling "off", being a different shade or color than is normal, or being anomalously positioned. It is worth noting that interacting with glitches will not always cause a noclip, but it certainly can. No-Clipping in the Backrooms can often be performed purposefully, and (presumably) has a far higher chance to actually succeed than it does in reality.
