In a peaceful Summer, hundreds of years after the Blood War, the kingdom of Harvory was reduced to ruins and rubble, not a single survivor hailing from the kingdom reamaining. Official causes of the event were unknown, minus a wrecked letter on the Queen's desk, though it was the fall of Mistline that gave them a good lead.
Back in Leonidas, a sickness was running through the kingdom, so King Kro sent out a party of knights and a couple medics to Mistline to ask if they could lend over herbs and medicine to fight back against it.
With only a weeks difference from the random destruction of Harvory, Mistline fell to the same fate. With no survivors, everyone in the medicine retrieval party believed the Monsebiron are the ones behind the destruction after the kingdom insisted that they hand over Utsah so the elves could judge him when they found evidence of elven letters. Though, ever since the party had returned to Leonidas, who were housing the Monsebiron in that kingdom for the time being, and blamed the Monsebiron 16 years ago, havoc had not befallen either of the remaining Delune-Vitar kingdoms since.
The lands of the two kingdoms remain unclaimed by Lotus and Leonidas due to superstition, so communities in the area clash due to no prime leader. Since neither of the kingdoms can send in their own knights to quell the conflicts, they're havens for crime and the outlawed of Lotus and Leonidas.
