Humans are the magically weakest of the five races, but they are the strongest in their own ways and surprise those who feel superior here and there. In terms of numbers, they have the greatest amount, and they are spread all across the world.
The Elven race is the strongest in the mental aspect of strength. They are known well for being able to communicate with nature. Those who are on good terms with their village have long hair, but for those who are exiled, they are forced to cut it to a short length, and they usually loose their touch with nature.
Faries are one of the strongest in magical power and are the guardians of their handful of forests with Great Trees. They raise the most wondrous creatures, keeping them protected for those who hunt them for resources. If they notice someone or something, they have their ways of driving it out. Those who have been rejected from entering the forest have explained moments of their worse fears coming alive and chasing them out.
The demon race was called the natural 'greater evil' between everyone else and themselves. They have their own home below the earth called the LowGround, which nobody can see since the entrance was a dark rift, which had a lethal drop below it. Due to this condition, the demons have had to make it known to everyone so that they wouldn't have to bring up more broken corpses. Though, when the demons and divines disappeared, the realm's only entrance and exit had closed up and vanished, leaving a giant strip of infertile dirt in the middle of the forest that hasn't been able to keep any life since.
Having been a race that lived in the sky, they were rarely visited by those of another race who are unable to fly. They are known as the former protectors of the land. Humans praised them as saviors, and they bowed to the Supreme Divine as a god.
They had genetically special weapons called White Pines, combustible spheres that can be summoned by almost any divine (they look like white durians and glow). When they explode, they cause massive irritation to the skin and muscle strains. If they were close to the face, temporary blindness also ensued.
