Not much is known about the  secondborn Prince of Demons, but he is most referred to as Abaddon's [twin] brother. He led the Komanderi after Abaddon was exiled, and he was considered more fit by the throne between the two of them as the firstborn became more and more expressive about his immense dislike for the power- despite Adelio being just slightly weaker than him.
