The Centre intends to fuel academic and policy-oriented dialogues in vital areas of innovation, IP and competition. Although the focus of the Centre will be largely on technology issues, it will also contribute to research in different non-technology driven areas like trademarks and geographical indications. The role of the CIIPC is essentially focussed on the following four-pronged objectives:
Keeping up with our research oriented approach on innovation, intellectual property, and competition; we aim to establish ScholarshIP as a dynamic and flourishing platform for analyzing and discussing all matters pertaining to IP law, innovation, creative industries, and competition. But tough, jargon-filled write ups are not all we have to offer. IP is remarkably fun and we want to make it remarkably fun to learn. Here you can find everything that is happening in the Indian IP scenario. Good news for Indian IP matters or bad, we share it, cover it, and analyze it all. Our soon to be launched podcast series aims to make IP easy to understand with lucid language, easy concept notes and interactive illustrations. Our team is working hard to make it the most dynamic and interactive platform in India when it comes to any news, issue, or event related to IP. Have any suggestions for us? Please feel free to write to us so we can make this blog even more interesting and even more relevant.
