The Year Nine and Year Ten drama classes recently completed their studies of Romeo & Juliet and A Midsummer Night's Dream, respectively. With interest and enthusiasm whilst reading the scenes on stage (especially from year 9 - lower left) at such a high, Mr. Winkler decided he would allow his classes to have a go at writing and performing their very own production.
Leading the charge for the writing team was Nina Martin, an exchange student from America (pictured right). Martin collaborated with Amber Millington and Fabian Rutter to expand Millington's original proposed plot. The student production told the (fictional) life story of a young girl called Sally, portrayed by Martin, whose family faced certain death and generational curses due to her family's participation in an ancient Egyptian expedition.
