How can we integrate online learning in the future of education and create an inclusive environment for all?

The last year has shown us the value and added benefits of remote learning and that a global reach is possible through online education. But this raises questions. The world will go back to a new sense of normal but, what will the role of online learning be in this new status quo? How big of a role will online education play in the balancing of work (study) and private life? How do we ensure the inclusivity and motivation of the face to face environment in an online setting? Keeping in mind the students who might not have the equipment, space or necessities to follow the class. Next to that, the lack of social and emotional connection that may occur in an online setting. How can remote learning enhance the quality of education for both the educator as for the student? How do online and face to face education foster motivation and inclusivity?
