A proud product of the Santa Clarita Valley, Molly has dedicated the past decade to serving as the athletic trainer at Saugus High School, where she has become a cornerstone of student-athlete health, safety, and performance.
Molly earned her degree in Athletic Training from California State University, Northridge in 2015. Growing up locally, she developed a deep connection to the community and a passion for athletics while playing basketball at Valencia High School. That experience not only shaped her understanding of sport, but also inspired a lifelong commitment to caring for athletes.
Over the past 10 years at Saugus, Molly has built a reputation for compassionate care, innovative programming, and a relentless focus on injury prevention. Among her many professional interests, concussion awareness and management stand at the forefront. Recognizing the critical need for education and support in this area, she founded the Saugus Sports Concussion Alliance, an initiative dedicated to improving concussion recognition, treatment, and safe return-to-play practices for student-athletes.
Through this work, Molly continues to advocate for athlete safety while empowering students, parents, and coaches with the knowledge needed to protect long-term health. Her commitment to the Saugus community reflects not only professional excellence, but a genuine passion for making a lasting impact on the lives of young athletes.
