Emily Ferialdi, born and raised in Santa Clarita Valley, has been passionate about sports since childhood. At Saugus High School, she played soccer, ran cross country, and competed in track. She discovered Athletic Training at College of the Canyons, leading her to earn a degree from CSUN’s Athletic Training Education Program in 2018.

She spent five years at CSUN Sport Clubs, working with 28 different sports, including ice hockey and rugby, while earning a master’s in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University. In 2023, she transitioned to high school athletics at Simi Valley High, recognizing the need to educate young athletes on injury prevention and body care.

In 2024, Emily became a certified Pilates instructor to enhance rehab techniques for younger athletes. Now at Golden Valley High School, she integrates Pilates-based principles into rehab programs, helping athletes and coaches improve movement, prevent injuries, and optimize performance.
