Round 9 - Planning
If you are a bit lost in all the rules - this is the right place to get straight on track.
What follows is a list of things players should not forget, sorted by campaign phases.
Day 1-5: Send an email with the target location for your attack (eg. Libor attacks S9) and your army priority (offense / defense)
Additionally, you can also:
Send an extra target location if using the Base of Operations (and paying 1 RP).
Send target(s) for your Auxilliary Forces.
Designate your attack as Mass Assault (and write which other neighboring area(s) you attack).
Day 6-7: After the map with attacks and all battles is revealed, notify the Campaign Master (CM) if there are any battles you retreat from.
Battles you retreat from are automatically lost
You can also secretely boost the claim roll if you wish by spending RP. The amount by which you boost it depends on your army priority for that round.
Example message:
Army Priority: Defense
Standard Attack: M1
Auxilliary Attack (2 RP): W3
OR
Army Priority: Offense
Mass Assault: Primary N2, Secondary N1, Terciary N4
Look at the list of battles to see which ones you should fight and get in touch with your opponent(s) to set up a date. Usually this should be Wednesday.
If you have no battle as a result of the planning phase, you can set up a voluntary battle with another player without a battle to play.
Look up what mission you will be playing and what affliction and strategic setbacks (if any) are active for this round.
Award the player(s) extra Command Points based on fortifications they have in the embattled areas.
Day 13-14: Send an email to the CM with the following information:
The area which you fortify.
Your two actions.
Update your Order of Battle
