Forcebound contains a variety of different ways for players to remain engaged, level up, and gain tools/resources which will each be explained in this portion of the gameplay guide. The primary game modes of Forcebound include planet exploration and operations, dungeons, and horde mode. Each of these gameplay options has unique aspects that contribute to Forcebound as a whole and engage players.
Planetary Exploration
One of, if not the most intriguing aspect of Forcebound is the ability to travel between various planets operated by the game's many factions and participate in planetary exploration and operations. Players are provided the opportunity to play as friendly or hostile forces as they explore the bases on different planets, engage in raids, conquer territories, discover artifacts, and collect resources. Moving forward and increasing number of First Order events will take place among Forcebound's many planets as we aim to host more raid events for members of the group. A depiction of Forcebound's interplanetary travel menu can be found below, with a list of all currently released and in-progress planets, marked with the logo of the faction that controls that planet.
Dungeons
Forcebound also currently has five dungeons that players can complete in order to receive experience, level up, and gain credits and resources to contribute to crafting and skill proficiency levels. Each of Forcebound's dungeons provides a unique atmosphere, hostile force, and pool of rewards. A list of the current dungeons and the specific rewards that each provides can be located here. Dungeons can be completed in a party of up to four players, and at one of four difficulties from easy to insane. Dungeons can be accessed from either the physical gateways in the main hub, or through the spawn menu of the main hub to the left of the "play" button.
Horde
Horde mode is Forcebound's wave-based survival mode in which you must survive waves of oncoming NPC combatants to increase the potential pool of credits and experience to be rewarded at the end. The mode ends upon the death of the player if the mode is being completed solo, or upon the death of the last standing party member if completed in a group. At the time of writing this guide, horde mode only consists of the Mygeeto map in which your hostile force will consist of 501st troopers and jedi. Horde can be accessed from either the physical gateway in the main hub, or through the spawn menu of the main hub to the left of the "play" button.
