A compendium of resources for Texas Law students.

This website seeks to:

  • Provide one location for Texas Law students to access a variety of available mental health and self-care resources, and
  • Normalize and emphasize the importance of self-care to the law student experience, with the hope of changing the high rates of mental health issues reported by law students.

Please note that while the resources and information on this site may help students develop a self-care practice and/or find mental health assistance, in an emergency, they are no substitute for professional help.
