Give 30 days' notice in writing by text or email to the rental office.
Pay all rent and fees.
Change your address with USPS. Text or email us the confirmation. [Change of address link]
Remove ALL belongings and trash.
Clean your room (see "Cleaning" below).
Leave all furniture and bedding that came with the room.
Follow the Security Deposit Acknowledgement in your lease.

Leave all keys inside the property.

Wipe all surfaces, including the dresser, nightstand, and windowsill.
Vacuum or sweep the floor.
Clean the inside and outside of any mini-fridge you were given.
Dust the TV and electronics.
Clean light fixtures.
Spot-clean walls if needed.
Empty the closet and storage areas.
Your kitchen space:
Clean your cabinets, inside and out.
Clean your fridge and freezer sections.
Remove all your food and kitchen items.
Within 30 days after you move out, we mail your refund, or a list of any deductions, to the address you give us.
If more than one tenant is on the lease, the refund goes to the last tenant living in the home.
Refunds are sent by check only.
A lost or replaced check costs $30.
Deductions may include cleaning, repairs, trash removal, and unpaid balances. See the full list on the fees page.
Move-in photos: These show how the property looked when you moved in. We use them to check the property when you move out. If a link to the photos is not shared with you in your move out checklist email, they may be requested from the rental office.
