By submitting requests in writing - you will help us avoid confusion and to ensure that we have a clear record of your request. Maintenance scheduling hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Tenants are responsible for securing any pets that may be encountered on the visit to the property. By submitting a maintenance request, you accept full responsibility for the actions of any pets found on the premises (prohibited and otherwise).
If you miss your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $35 fee. If repairs are required due to your own neglect, all associated costs will be charged directly to you. You are responsible for moving any personal items a sufficient distance away from the area being repaired or item/equipment to be serviced. The landlord and his maintenance workers are not liable for any damage as a result of requested repair work.
If you are residing in a property that has shared facilities (such as entrance, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, yard, patio, balcony, etc), you must observe the following rules:
The placement of electronic devices (including recording devices) is NOT allowed in a shared space
Storage of personal items is not allowed in a shared space without prior approval from the landlord or rental office
No locks may be installed or changed on any fixtures, furniture, doors, windows, or appliances
No appliances or furniture may be removed or used outside the property
No smoking is allowed ANYWHERE inside the property for any reason
