Virtual Field Trips comes with three different pricing plans. All of these plans are suitable for educators, but some of the plans specifically state if they are made for educators. Here is a look at the following plans:

Used primarily when one video is needed for lessons.
Ranges from $6 to $10 a year depending on the video. Each video costs a different price.
Unlimited viewing on the single video that you choose to buy.
Access to the quizzes on the video bought.
Teacher and Class Memberships
Teacher and Class Memberships
Used for teachers and students.
$45/year
Unlimited viewings of all videos.
Plan made for one teacher and their students.
Access to all resources such as quizzes and learning materials.
Closed captioned videos.
Schoolwide Memberships
Schoolwide Memberships
Used for all teachers and students.
Starts at $350/year. May be more, but you need to contact sales in order to find out the correct pricing.
Unlimited viewing of all videos.
Plan made for all teachers and students in the class, school, and/or district depending on the needs.
Access to all resources such as quizzes and learning materials.
Closed captioned videos.
Here is a sample of what pricing points may look like:
Up to 500 students: roughly $350/year
Between 500 and 1,000 students: roughly $500/year
Over 1,000+ students: roughly $1,000/year

Please note: there is no free option for this platform! When visiting the website, you can watch a preview of the videos for up to six minutes long. After that, you will need to buy a plan to continue viewing or search for free videos on a different platform. You can also see the resources associated with the video, but you will not be able to use them. The links for the resources will not work unless if you have a plan with the company.
