Trainings for WFL Millturn well organized

WFL MILLTURN is the best CNC machining center on the market. But you need Operators and Programmers with a very good knowledge about this machine. The standard training which you receive together with the machine is a basic to handle it. I know WFL-Machines since 1998. But meanwhile there was a lot of innovative improvements and a lot of new cycles. My experience shows me that most of the Operators and Programmers uses just the basics on this machine. The result is that the machine is not 100% effective and you lose money.

I created a catalog where you will find different training's to increase the know-how of your Operators and Programmers. There are also Basic training's, for beginners at a WFL Millturn. Additional advanced training's and training's special designed for all the options in a WFL Millturn multi tasking machine center with Siemens 840D or 840C control.

Cycles:

TECAS can provide customized cycles for your machine tool.

There is a wide range of cycles, which optimize your programming process. Also your machining process can be optimized with cycles like Adaptive control, Part counting, Time capturing, Special drilling cycles for special drills and much more.

It is also possible to make parameterized Programs for example for crankshafts.

To maximise training results, an advanced training should follow at least 3 month after the Basic training. It is suitable for skilled Operators and Programmers with experience.
