This would be a production support for operators and Programmers how to run a WFL Millturn in full auto mode. This will speed up the production in the first month after installation the machine.

e) double-check the measurements and calculations done automatically in the Program
f) double-check all positions in the program with the drawing except simulated CAM-Tool path and repeated subroutines
g) check the tools and the program for internal and external coolant
h) help to plan new jobs for the machine
i) check the cycle time and help to optimize the programs
j) support the programmer on sequence planning and programming
Objective:
With this support the Operators and Programmers get help to ensure everything gets right after installation of the machine. Most problems are solved quickly because they will always get the right answer.

Support to optimize your work piece
Summary:
In this case I will analyse and optimize your work piece which is already in production at your machine.
Topics:
a) Check and analyse an actual running production part
b) Optimize tools and sequence
c) Optimize the program
d) Support the operator to test the new program at the machine
e) Train the operators on the new tools and sequence
Objective:
In general you will save tool costs and between 10 and 20 percent machining time.

Support with special cycles
EC_HOME
This cycle brings the tool to a safe tool change position. It will also record cutting data from the actual tool.
EC_PMCLEAR
This cycle will clear and over write all User – parameters which are used on the previous program. So it will not possible that you reed values in parameters or offsets from a previous part.
EC_TLCHECK
This cycle will compare the actual tool length with a minimum and maximum length. It will not be possible to crash the machine because the tool length was changed.
