To correctly assign coordinate values to each April Tag based on alliance:
Through FMS - the robot automatically gets the color when starting up
Practice/simulation - Color has to be picked after itās started
Steps for simulation:
Run simulation + AdvantageScopeš - should start as red allianceĀ
In simulation -> Networktables -> SmartDashboard -> April Tags -> After and Before
The table should show the x,y of each ID (1-8), select the color and auto you want and turn off and on DS

In AdvScp -> 3D field bring over RobotPose and After April Tags

Run the auto and the path should change depending on the alliance color
Through Driver StationĀ
Open Driver Station and choose the alliance color š
Run the robot around the field
