For the past several years, our student activities group has put on a tailgate get together the day of our homecoming football game. This event serves as an opportunity for the various clubs, teams, and activities in the school to promote themselves and have a small fundraiser. For the tailgate we decided to have a bake sale as well as selling team and school branded keychains that we made. The keychains allowed people to show off their school spirit and the bake sale offered people an extra option on something that they can eat while they wait for the football game to begin. We were glad to have been able to do this for the community and we hope to do it again next year.
