In a generation geared toward the elevation of methodology and the advancement of communal aspirations, Robotics Team Phenomena 3616 strives to overcome the boundaries preventing us from achieving higher levels of appreciation and consideration for ourselves and our community.

Our community team, in particular, is a unique fusion characterized by different personalities combining to find new solutions to promoting the idea of STEM in areas where STEM is not practiced. Each member of our team has their own culture, converging from various schools within the Lafayette area.  We utilize those cultural variances to encourage the spread of STEM/Robotics.

Team 3616, as a whole, encompasses the principle of guiding others and assisting the community in reflecting the morals and integrity that FIRST Robotics upholds. We take pride in our adept ability to share our knowledge and resources with neighboring FIRST teams, our community, and our state.

The robotics team was founded in 2011 based on the principles of teamwork, communication, and  application of the knowledge in the technical world.  We have advanced over the 13 years to more advanced technology with the support from team members, mentors, and the support of the community.

Team 3616 developed a bike add-on kit to help people with a prosthetic leg or impaired leg to ride a normal bike
