The first meeting took place in Pärnu Adult Gymnasium in Estonia. The event began with the introduction of partner organizations and their representatives on 26 November.
First, Ulla Lehtsaar warmly welcomed the participants on behalf of Pärnu Adult Gymnasium followed by the speech of the principal Karin Kurvits who gave a short overview of the school and passed her warm wishes to all of the participants. Then each organization took turns and introduced themselves briefly.

After the first icebreakers and games Eve Zekker from Pärnu Adult Gymnasium analyzed the aim and the details of the current project. Important questions about the process were discussed together with the feedback of the project from Estonian National Agency.
The engaging meeting continued with a discussion about intelligent outputs (IO), with a focus on the first IO, which will be carried out by Zebra Language School. Director of the language school Soňa Nekvapilová gave an overview of the responsibility of their organization and conclusions were drawn concerning the first intelligent output. The day was summed up by the discussion about critical financial questions by Ulla Lehtsaar.
The second day on 27 November began with a stroll in Pärnu Centre and Old Town. The guests were greeted by Marju Eeriku in the hotel and guided through a number of historical sights in Pärnu. The guide, who was a student of Pärnu Adult Gymnasium, gave an excursion in Pärnu while conducting practical field work. The tour lead straight to the schoolhouse where the meeting continued.
The second day concluded and analyzed the answers of the posed questions. Discussion was raised by all partners and everyone agreed that new, useful, motivating and uncomplicated e-teaching methods for educators have to be offered. After the debate further steps were discussed and revised. The dates were set to go to Chrudim, Chech Republic.
Final steps included discussing organizational matters and publicizing the project. Responsibilities of each partner were revised, means of communication and video meeting times arranged.
The guests were provided with light snacks between the meeting hours. During lunchtime they were offered a taste of Estonian cuisine in Pärnu Museum Café. The meeting ended with an elegant dinner in Villa Wesset.
