Collective Teacher Efficacy

Watch this 3-minute video introducing

Collective Teacher Efficacy and the Professional Learning Module.

Research shows that an educator's belief in their ability to make a difference in students' lives has an enormous impact on student learning (Hattie, 2016). Those beliefs become a self-fulfilling prophesy and student outcomes are improved. When educators collectively share and act on those beliefs, it is called Collective Teacher Efficacy. This professional learning module lays the groundwork for developing a foundation where collective teacher efficacy can grow within school communities.
