Week 10: Unable to better participate in discussion due to the aforementioned injury, but was able to help the group in preparing this cycle's final sell presentation. Beyond this was general resource cleanup and delivering necessary information to the people that needed (i.e. license information). Otherwise I had my normal duties. (meetings, documentation, maintenance, survey creation, etc.)
Week 9: Decided on ambience and sound effects with John, as well as possible music tracks for the game's trailer. I was unable to attend class for this week however because of an injury. Also worked on the sell presentation, but otherwise I had my normal duties. (meetings, documentation, maintenance, survey creation, etc.)
Week 8: After further feedback from the professor, a more focused list was created to address the immediate concerns of our previous builds. One of which being a proof of concept for the limb swap of the player character with animations intact. After our team completed it, I collected some film, screenshots, and information on the process and sent them over. Also worked on the sell presentation, but otherwise I had my normal duties. (meetings, documentation, maintenance, survey creation, etc.)
Week 7: After having gone through both feedback and playthroughs of builds, I created and then assigned tasks pertaining to the contents discussed during this week's in-class meeting. As well, I had decided to assign tasks relating to bug fixes this week, and will probably continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Otherwise I had my normal duties. (meetings, documentation, maintenance, survey creation, etc.)
Week 6: Due to unforeseen circumstances with COVID, work got shifted around. I ended up taking on Erica's documentation related roles, such as delivering presentations and updating them in relation to real-time data, and more rigorous upkeep on team resources. Otherwise I had my normal duties. (meetings, documentation, maintenance, survey creation, etc.)
Week 5: My work this week was the usual tasks, conducting weekly meetings, organizing documentation, and maintaining team resources. Hit a roadblock with development, but we're meeting with the professor to hopefully alleviate the issue. Beyond the usual was helping refine the survey we currently have, giving suggestions for the story writing and implementation, and preforming Q/A and documenting bugs within our latest build.
Week 4: Conducted weekly and task-focused meetings. Edited download page layout and helped with standardizing survey layout. Also met with team leads to discuss future tasks and areas of concentration going forward. Otherwise worked on general documentation and maintaining team resources.
Week 3: Conducted overall meetings and helped with some of the documentation and cleaning up a bit of the presentation. Wasn't a lot for me specifically to do this week, given that progress was mostly under the hood and team structure-wise.
Week 2: Conducted meetings and communicated with team members to better establish their position as well as their vision for the finished game. Also helped edit and write documentation.
Week 1: Met with the team, created line of communication, established resources, gave out tasks, and reviewed preliminary documentation.
