Design Thinking consists of the creation and making of our persona, problem statements, business model canvas, value proposition, customer journey, as well as data visualisation. The design thinking process includes Scope, Explore, and Experiment, and helps us to understand our persona, challenges faced, to redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test.
Digital transformation allows people to solve problems in creative ways using innovation and technologies. The concept of the Design Squiggle taught us that many factors like noise, uncertainty, insights, or patterns make up the research and synthesis stage of a design journey, which will be simplified as we go along. Through the research of changes and trends in the events industry, we are able to map our design journey better.
