What Technology Did I Choose?
I chose to do my research on the usage of Virtual Reality systems in clinical education. Such as nursing school. Virtual reality can place a student in a fully immersive simulated environment where they can visualize and evaluate patients over and over again. The technology also allows for students to get feedback on their performance with the patient as well as help them gain confidence in a hospital setting. This setting will closely mimic real-world scenarios.

After this week's learning module, I see that technology is changing around us, and quickly. Not too long ago we were inventing touch screens, and here we are with it everywhere. Even on our wrists! However, this activity has also taught me that this emerging technology theme will not slow down.
