When you select a Taos Cake, you know that all ingredients are fresh and carefully prepared in a state licensed kitchen. Taos Cakes are made at the home bakery of Kris Torres, your baker. Many ingredients are locally sourced when possible, like the fresh raspberries from the family ranch, and organic farm fresh eggs from my neighbor.

When ordering a wedding cake or a custom design, each cake will be uniquely designed and priced according to ingredients and decoration. Except for special circumstances, the minimum order for a custom cake is $500.

Cakes and cupcakes can be made keto, vegan, lactose free, sugar free and low gluten. The low gluten recipes have no gluten in them but they are made in a kitchen where gluten and nuts are used. Regretfully, Taos Cakes does not fill orders for those with celiac disease. Please advise us of any allergies.
