Wedding Cakes and Bridal Showers

Pricing of wedding cakes depends on flavors, design, delivery, etc.  Sheet cakes or cupcakes can be added for an economical way to add servings and still have a stunning cake to show and cut.  

The semi naked cake has regular filling but a  thin layer of frosting which allows the cake itself to show through.  This design is excellent for a casual yet classy wedding.  Flowers can be just greenery, matching the bridal bouquets, or completely different, such as edible lace or succulents.  

Full frost cakes are more traditional with all. the. frosting!  Choices for decor, flowers and toppers are endless.  You will notice that some (the first three) are a ROUGH frost, which leaves the interest of the imperfections, and others are a smooth frost, which gives a clean formal look.  Still others have a RUSTIC pattern around the cake  sides for a nice combination of friendly elegance. 

New Mexico and the West are favorite locations for outdoor weddings because of our sweeping vistas and back country beauty.  Many couples opt to reflect this feel of their wedding in the cake as well.  Examples of some of these popular styles are the birch cake, the aspen cake and the stump cakes.  Here is where you will also find these themes in smaller groom's cakes.  Any of these cakes can be made in one or multiple tiers.
