Find new tools and techniques for collaborative and remote working

On this page are all the options suggesting to find new tools and techniques for collaborative and remote working.

1. We need tools for better remote collaboration, for better conversations that happen more frequently.
2. Implement the Agile work method: sprint to create a big leap forward (e.g. a 2-week sprint to get a job done together, or a refresh of TWG workstreams over a couple of weeks).
3. Move from Basecamp to Microsoft Teams and a suite of other digital collaboration tools (with accompanying used guides).
4. Offer champion training as a staff development opportunity to reduce the burden on individual AONBs.
