- We need tools for better remote collaboration, for better conversations that happen more frequently.
- Implement the Agile work method: sprint to create a big leap forward (e.g. a 2-week sprint to get a job done together, or a refresh of TWG workstreams over a couple of weeks).
- Move from Basecamp to Microsoft Teams and a suite of other digital collaboration tools (with accompanying used guides).
- Offer champion training as a staff development opportunity to reduce the burden on individual AONBs.
