Engage local teams and Lead Officers

On this page are all the options suggesting to engage our local teams and Lead Officers.

The various options are numbered to facilitate discussion in the comments, but the numbers DO NOT represent a priority or ranking. New options expressed in the comments will be added to the list regularly.

1. Talk about Staff Forum idea at a team meeting to get the ball rolling.
2. Make an enthusiastic presentation to the whole team regarding my TWG and Lumina (proposition from Kent Downs).
3. Set up a local Lumina day (proposition from Surrey Hills and Kent Downs).
4. Ensure my Lead Officer is up to speed on Taking the Lead and is bought into the achievements and goals of the programme.
5. Talk to my own AONB unit and gain local ownership of the action by spreading the word!
