Projects

(with teachers, students, parents, and community)

The Exchanging Program with Japanese school named "St. Agnes' School (平安女学院中学校・高等学校)"

Our school has had a relationship with St. Agnes' School (平安女学院中学校・高等学校) in Japan as an academic partner since 2021. Now we have established our relationship through several exchange activities and programs. 28 students and two teachers from St. Agnes' School visited our school to have an exchange program from on 2nd to 6th of August in 2023. Japanese students stayed at Thai students' home for three nights and four days. The parents of the Thai student took care of the Japanese students. Everyone communicated in Japanese or English languages and had many activities to exchange culture to know each other.

Collaboration with parents

To carry out this exchange project, we contacted the parents of the Thai students several times and made arrangements for homestays for the Japanese students. The parents of the Thai students were very willing to help us. This was a successful project with the school, the students, and the students' parents. Thus, we work together with the parents of the students on projects for the students.

Visiting other churches

Because Our school is a Christian school, our teachers sometimes visit Churches in Chiangmai together. We worship God together and encourage Christians there. We offer Christian song during the worship and do offering. There are few Christians in Thailand. Therefore, we go to encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Japanese mini tour

Our school invites Japanese students visiting Thailand from Japan and have an activity together. We exchange Thai and Japanese culture to understand each other. My students also have an opportunity to use Japanese language with Japanese people. My students use Japanese to welcome those Japanese students, introduce each culture, play games, and take Japanese students outside of the school to introduce Chiangmai city. My Thai students do many activities with Japanese students. It is good opportunity to know each culture so that Thai and Japanese students make relationship and make inclusive world in the future. Some of them keep in touch by email, Facebook, or Instagram. It is a great joy for me to see that my students try to communicate with Japanese people to understand each other. I believe that this experience will make my students’ eyes open. I hope that Thai students and Japanese students will help each other in the future to make a peaceful world.
