In this meeting, I have understood that Google Sites must have some criterias, so that the display of it becomes more varied (explanation is below). After that, I have also understood the use of PACIFIC applications. Such as, Power Point to create slides or the point of learning materials, Filmora to edit easily, Inknoe Classpoint that can help interactive teaching, and Pinterest that can be a platform to find inspiration. Comments and Feedback for Google Sites and Final PACIFIC
After the election holiday in 14th February, we enter the class again in 21st February 2024. Mr. Limbong ask two students to be volunteers for displaying their own Google Sites. He gave some comments and feedbacks for us, such as:
Make sure the header will fit in smartphone display.
Use the italic fonts or something that "nyeleneh" but still can be read.
Don't use the same color for every background and the header, make them different.
For the profile page, we may add sub pages. Mr. Limbong suggested us to add some pictures and use "carousel" option to make them move while we displaying the page of Google sites.
Don't forget to compress all the pictures in the websites that have been given by Mr. Limbong like tinypng.com, so it will be easily to display in the laptop even our internet is slow.
Please make sure your pictures not just using square form, Mr. Limbong suggested us to edit all the pictures in the Canva, so it will be look like a creative design from us.
For the PACIFIC information, we can add all the links of classmates tutorials and display the thumbnails, then we can add their name and also a little bit description from the video.
For meetings 1 until 3, make sure all the meetings have been learned and for the next meeting, we will talk about how to teach English by using all the PACIFIC applications.
