As part of the STL’s efforts to provide and promote greater leadership opportunities for all current and potential student leaders, a leadership pathway system will be implemented. These pathways are named according to SUSS’s core philosophy of Head, Heart and Habit and aims to build awareness of the leadership opportunities in SUSS and a systematic growth pathway for students to apply what they have learnt and advocate for causes with social impact. These pathways are open for all full-time (FT) and part-time (PT) students and application to the respective pathways are based on fulfillment of the pathway criteria.
