Families are warmly invited to purchase team and/or individual player photos if they wish, with all purchases supporting a local small business photographer.

Whether or not you choose to purchase photos, we encourage all players to be part of their team photo so every team member is included.

Your team manager will give you an order form (see image below). You can pay cash or card on photo night. 

In 2026, we have the most Seaford United teams in the club's history, and therefore, photo editing takes a while. 

It is estimated that team and individual photos will be delivered to the club in late August. 

One player cannot make the allocated photo night. What can we do?

1. Attendance at team photos is voluntary. The player can be listed as absent. 

2. The player can attend an alternate night where there is a gap in the schedule or on Thursday 16th July. 

The photographer can snap a standing photo of the player and then photoshop the player into the team photo. 

Ideally, this would be only a few players across the juniors as this is a lot more work for the photographer. While photo purchase is voluntary, it would be kind if families who wanted to be photoshopped in, purchased photos. 

3. They may like to attend for a portrait photo only, as listed on the order form above.
