Organise a simple roster for half-time refreshments. This can be hosted on Majestri as an event.
Oranges or other fruit are required. Any additional items are at the discretion of the allocated family
Share the roster early and send reminders as needed
Roster to include an allocated parent as a marshal.
They wear a high-vis vest and monitor the behaviour of our team parents, spectators, and provide support to the referee.
Help families access and understand fixtures via Dribbl & Majestri

Clarify game times, locations, byes, and venue changes
Share reminders for early starts or changed conditions
Act as the first point of contact for general parent enquiries
Share club communications with families via your team chat or Majestri
Pass parent questions, feedback, or concerns to the club
Be a general support for the volunteer coach
Escalate issues to the Junior Coordinator or another committee member
Redirect coaching or technical questions to the coach
Arrival and set-up coordination: Make sure everyone knows where they are going. Encourage families to arrive early enough to set up the pitch and goals, and ensure there is time for warm-up. Remind families to help pack up, too.
Behaviour expectations support: Reinforcing club codes of conduct with families and flagging concerns to the Junior Coordinator. This includes ensuring training and games are non-smoking areas.
Lost property coordination: Helping return drink bottles, jumpers, or gear left behind on game day
Other soccer season admin: Supporting team photo admin and handing out trophies on presentation day.
All volunteers must hold a valid Working With Children Check
Volunteers must be registered with Football Victoria
