PRESENTATION Schedule

By referencing the schedule, you agree and understand:

• The below form is for your reference only. It is not a substitute for confirming presentation details directly with the coordinator and your co-presenter.

• Any changes to the schedule need to be cleared with the coordinator right away. Peer educators are not permitted to informally "trade" or cover presentations for each other.

• The coordinator is sharing the below information as a courtesy and reserves the responsibility for scheduling peer educators according to multiple considerations, including level of experience, diversity of presenters, etc.

• The coordinator may update or make changes to the schedule at any time. The communication you receive directly from the coordinator to confirm your presentation details is correct, regardless of what the schedule says. That said, mistakes happen, so if you notice a discrepancy, please contact Adele to clear it up right away!
