Mandatory Fingerprinting for ERSF Peer Educators
In order to work in schools in San Francisco, you need to be fingerprinted. The Teacher Prep Office at CCSF has arranged for fingerprinting to be done at the San Francisco Unified School District Office located at 555 Franklin Street.
The best way to make an appointment is to go to this website: https://go.oncehub.com/sfusd. If you are not finding appointments soon enough, try this link: https://go.oncehub.com/fingerprintIDbadgeAppointment
Please choose the option “Volunteer.”
The person doing the fingerprinting is Eva Belmonte-Pon (415-241-6101 x 1206). The appointments take about 15-20 minutes. You need to bring a state issued photo ID--driver’s license or passport--for identification. The cost is $49.00 and they accept debit cards, credit cards, money orders, or cashier's checks. You will be reimbursed for the cost and your time via payroll. You can add 4 hours of “straight time” for ERSF fingerprinting to your next timecard to cover the cost and time of fingerprinting.
Save your receipt and bring it to me, as I need to have proof of your fingerprinting. Even if you have been fingerprinted by other agencies, unless you have a clearance from San Francisco Unified School District, you need to be fingerprinted with this office!
BE SURE TO PUT: "ADELE FAILES-CARPENTER (WGST 54-55) 415-239-3899" ON THE FINGERPRINT FORM.
