1. Register for 6+ units
In order to be hired as a student worker, you must carry six or more units. If you have concerns about being able to stay enrolled in six units, please speak with Adele. She can give course suggestions (tinyurl.com/SJCourses19), help you connect with the Project SURVIVE counselor, Anastasia (afiandac@ccsf.edu) or discuss the possibility of enrolling in work experience credit (IDST 300: Social Justice Work Experience) to help meet the minimum units.

3. Submit your Fall schedule
Once you have enrolled in classes, please use this link to fill out your Spring schedule. You can resubmit an update if your schedule changes.
4. Confirm your contact information and save the peer educator roster
You can use this link to access the Fall 2018 peer educator roster. Please confirm that your name, pronoun, and contact information is correct and edit if necessary. Then, you can save/download the document so you can contact your fellow peer educators before presentations.

You can also keep up with other peer educators by joining our SLACK thread to keep up with other peer educators, ask questions, share announcements, etc. You can join via this link, which will be active until September 5th.
2. Advocate for the PS Community and Against Class Cuts!
As you may know, CCSF admin are threatening aggressive class cuts, which could include WGST and Ethnics Studies and Social Justice courses! There are several ways you can help.
a. Make a video about why you are part of the Project SURVIVE Community. Videos should be under two minutes. You can answer things like: “I am a part of the Project SURVIVE community because…” or “A thing I will always remember from taking WGST 54/55 is…”
b. Spread the word to your networks and communities about these courses that still need enrollment: www.tinyurl.com/SJCourses19
c. Join Vickie, Mairead and others in volunteering at the Admissions and Registration Help Stations as a City Scholar. Starting this Wednesday, August 7th, volunteer 2-3 hours to help new students apply for admissions and register for classes.
