ERSF HirING Instructions

Please ensure you have not skipped the Project SURVIVE re-hiring instructions. Below is additional information about your role as an Expect Respect Peer Educator.

EXPECT RESPECT SF PEER EDUCATOR REQUIREMENTS

1. Two weekdays 8 a.m.-3 p.m. cleared in your schedule

2.  A commitment to serving ERSF for at least two semesters

3.  A commitment to the ERSF non-paid 10 hour training (6 hours in the classroom; 2 hours each in observation and practice presentations)

4. Willingness to be fingerprinted

5. Willingness to limit hours at other campus jobs

6. High level of reliability and communication (target: 90% presentation acceptance rate) including prompt timesheet and web payroll compliance

7.  Willingness to continue to present for Project SURVIVE at the college while working for ERSF in the high schools
