Summary : Banu graduated in Mechanical Engineering from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore. He received his Master’s degree in Nano Science and Technology form NIT Calicut, Kerala. He joined as a PhD scholar in Prof. Sunando Dasgupta’s group in July, 2017. He is now developing a nanofluidic system with tunable nanoscale diameter, which is mechanically robust, chemically stable, and tunable interior surface properties. His current research involves understanding and controlling the capillary filling dynamics in wettability reversal nanofluidic systems. Besides being a passionate researcher, Banu likes travelling, playing and watching movies.
