These are silly and entertaining books for the kids to listen to while their parents read. 

Mrs. Reichelt recommends The Very Impatient Caterpillar.   Caterpillar has a very difficult time being patient, but he learns to slow down, breathe and relax in the moment.  In the end, the reward for being patient is a beautiful transformation. 

You may also wish to read The Little Butterfly that could.  Butterfly learns that even though some things are difficult, don't give up.  Keep trying your best and you will succeed! Have a fun summer and don't forget to set aside some time to read.
