Special Containment Procedures: SUCC 20 should be kept in a crate at site 2 storage and clearly labeled
Description: SUCC 20 appears to be a small iron pail with a mouth and eyes. SUCC 20 moves by tipping on it's side and rolling. Anything or anyone that comes into contact with the metal portion of SUCC 20 will be frozen in place. The object or being trapped in this many will also be put into a state of suspended animation and is unaffected by outside force including gravity. They can be released from this state if someone grabs the wooden handle of SUCC 20 ending it's affect or if SUCC 20 chooses to stop.
