Description: SUCC 198 is an anthropomorphic, incredibly muscular penguin. It’s diet is comprised entirely of fish. It’s features resemble that of a human more closely than a penguin, however, it is still easily perceived as a penguin. It weighs about 300 lbs

SUCC 198 is clearly anomalous in nature. To start, SUCC 198 has shown signs of sentience and is even capable of communication. It appears to know the human language Japanese. Secondly, it’s strength is beyond what is estimated. The tests conducted have resulted in no end to the strength, exhaustion seems to be the only limit.

Incident Report 3: SUCC 198 is purposefully provoked. A firing squad of 20 D-class personnel fire fully automatic machine guns consistently at SUCC 198. 0 Survivors, SUCC 198 is mildly damaged, Dr. Steve somehow calmed SUCC 198 and lured him back to his cell.
