Key Features:

• Many historical elements of the building have been preserved from when it previously served as an Irish pub called The Brazenhead.

• LOTS of seating options: couch, beanbag, dining booth, bar, desk, outdoor seating, and more.

• Multi-use rooms that are used as gathering spaces for celebration and community events.

Key Guiding Principles:

• Making clients feel comfortable in their space. Clients are even allowed to host internal meetings in ZoCo conference rooms.

• From work-iverssaries, to baby showers, ZoCo always takes time to celebrate it's employees.

Based on these elements, we agree that Zoco is a workspace that is Friendly.

• Here at Hayes, we need a  space that fosters community engagement and celebration.

• By offering a wide range of seating options, ZoCo has something to offer for everyone.
