From car dealership to design firm, Priority Design has transformed their space into a place they consider:

Modular, Flexible, & Intimate

Key Features:

• Dropped ceilings and wood panelling are used to create a sense of intimacy, and are used throughout gathering spaces. 

• Even outside conference rooms, a sliver of dropped ceiling helps funnel people into those rooms.

• Pops of orange on corners and alcoves to break up longer hallways, creating horizontal sight lines within vertical spaces

• Lighting is key, professionals were hired to properly install lights that wouldn't cause unwanted glare

Key Guiding Principles:

• Think about where design is going in the next 10-15 years. 

• Make use of what's in the space but also rethink it.

• Future use (of space)

• Material longevity

• Designers are going to be messy.

Based on these elements, we define Priority Design as a place of TRANSITION.

• Transition in terms of visually guiding people between more intimate gathering areas and larger work spaces.

• Transition in terms of continuing to expand their practice but leaving no one behind.
