PTO Auction Basket

Every year, each class at STS is expected to contribute a Class Auction Basket. Although the Auction isn’t until March, the Auction Committee starts the process for the baskets before Christmas break.

Target Value for Auction Baskets?

Generally, baskets should be worth about $250-$300. Many Room Parents budget $100 from the Class Activity Fee to help cover the cost of the class basket. Many seasoned Room Parents will look for ideas and deals throughout the year. Also, setting up Amazon Wishlists are a great way to create a basket. Many parents are happy to help, they just don’t know what to buy. Below is a list of ideas for basket themes.
