Escher-Platonic Polyknots

Escher-Platonic polyknots below are star knots with polyhedral symmetries. Each knot contains multiple knots corresponding to the number of vertices of the base polyhedron. The type of knot at each vertex is determined by the vertex configuration of the base polyhedron. For example, an Escher cubic polyknot with a base polyhedron of a cube has 8 trefoil knots, corresponding to the 8 vertices of the cube and the 3 squares that configure each vertex.
