My approach is to help individuals gain confidence in their physical abilities and improve the way they feel, look and think. I do this with a balanced approach through with Movement, Strength, Mindset and Community.
All of the 8 Essential Movements have endless variations and possibilites. The progressions in Foundations Series will allow you to gain strength and move with better control in a smart and safe manner.
The simple to follow & suggested training schedule provides structure and support to optimize your training efforts. Making sure you move everyday is the basis of the BDP - Foundations program. It's highly unlikely to overtrain because the program is movement based - however there are built in (easy days).
The BDP - Foundations II program is the continuation of your Calisthenics journey. Building off the same 8 Essential Movements, the routine begins at a more advanced level. Foundations II demonstrates just how effective using your own bodyweight truly is.
